I love breakfast foods and one of the things that I wondered, way back in the day, when I started keto was if I would have to give up pancakes. What is breakfast without pancakes or biscuits? I mean really? Well, I quickly found out the answer to my question was no. I could have both pancakes and biscuits with a few minor adjustments. I have two go-to keto pancake recipes but today I’m sharing my three-ingredient banana pancakes. These take just a few minutes to make and taste delicious. I just made a batch and my house smells so yummy!
I added a quick video just in case you are a visual person. These are so good that even kids love them. I pair them with butter and sugar-free syrup. I’ve also been known to add a few nuts to add a little crunch. Add whatever you like.
3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Optional
- Add banana, eggs, and cinnamon to a bowl
- Use a fork to mash the banana and stir ingredients until well combined
- Add mixture in four sections to a lightly oiled pan
- Cook on each side until golden brown
