3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

I love breakfast foods and one of the things that I wondered, way back in the day, when I started keto was if I would have to give up pancakes. What is breakfast without pancakes or biscuits? I mean really? Well, I quickly found out the answer to my question was no. I could have both pancakes and biscuits with a few minor adjustments. I have two go-to keto pancake recipes but today I’m sharing my three-ingredient banana pancakes. These take just a few minutes to make and taste delicious. I just made a batch and my house smells so yummy!

I added a quick video just in case you are a visual person. These are so good that even kids love them. I pair them with butter and sugar-free syrup. I’ve also been known to add a few nuts to add a little crunch. Add whatever you like.

 

Three Ingredient Pancakes

3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

A quick and easy low carb/keto pancake recipe.

Cook Time 5 mins
Course Breakfast
Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, eggs, and cinnamon to a bowl
  • Use a fork to mash the banana and stir ingredients until well combined
  • Add mixture in four sections to a lightly oiled pan
  • Cook on each side until golden brown

Notes

You can use a blender to mix. This will create a smoother pancake mixture.
