I broke my fast with a protein-iced coffee. My stomach is super sensitive, and this seems to be the easiest on my stomach. It’s delicious, and I hope you give it a try.
For my second meal of the day, I made a super quick and easy keto fettuccini alfredo with shrimp. This is a go-to meal on those days when I don’t feel like cooking. It takes less than 10 minutes to cook.
As I mentioned in the video, if you use shirataki noodles, please thoroughly rinse them. When you open the package, it smells like fish. After rinsing, you will not that the smell is gone. I also boil mine to change the texture a bit to get it closer to a traditional fettuccini noodle.
